Shipping Fees:

A flat rate of 40 baht is charged for shipping on all orders. We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders that total 1000 baht or more. 

Order Processing:

Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Timeframe:

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time will generally be within 3-5 business days, depending on your location within Thailand. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or logistics issues.

Tracking Your Order:

Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the courier's
website.

Receiving Your Order:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and someone is available to receive the package. If you are not available, the courier may leave a notice with further instructions.
